Among the so-called social forces, neither Western socialism nor Eastern communism has been able to solve our problems, because one wants the social but remains totally enslaved to the imbalance allowed by democratic opacity, and the other wants the social while not taking into account the difference between individuals, that we do not all have the same desires and possibilities.
Transparency obliges “collective cooperatives” and “individual enterprises” to develop within reasonable limits, allows democratic control, “citizen control”, with the aim that each person can, thanks to his or her work, thanks to his or her individual abilities, feed his or her family, educate his or her children, provide for his or her own housing, health and old age.
Transparency obliges one to act democratically, according to one’s possibilities to ensure the above necessities, but
must also allow the individual, according to his own qualities, to be able to create a cooperative or a company, to become a bricklayer, an engineer, a biologist, a secretary, etc., which will differentiate him economically within reasonable limits, and which will allow the one who has been less successful, for all sorts of reasons, to educate his children, who will have the possibility to act for their development and according to their qualities.
Today, a very large part of the planet’s population is in difficulty, and their children are irremediably thrown into misery, despite the stupid liberalism that leads us to believe that everyone has the same chance, whereas in the den of planetary liberalism that is the United States, tens of millions of families are already being liquidated and joined each year by quantities of others, not to mention the annual and perpetual genocide of poor countries.
Transparency does not hinder either the collective cooperative or the individual enterprise, but in both cases it prevents the law of the strongest. It prevents an individual or a group of individuals in a cooperative or in a company from stupidly and selfishly seizing power and imposing dictatorship rather than managing the system through their “professional” qualities. With “transparency” power is managed, not captured
