This family is the “company”. Not the big multinational, which is just capital, big shareholders and a large number of unimportant numbers, but the “SMEs”, which have kept relatively close links between working families.
By transforming the links of the SME through a real exchange, “transparency and a more balanced distribution of profits or future profits” proposed by the employer, in exchange for “motivation and acceptance of more difficult conditions” in the work by the employees, this exchange is naturally made for the benefit of the dynamism of the company, for its survival, and therefore for the survival of the biological families that compose it. By carrying out this exchange, true solidarity can be born between the different biological families within the company. Will this intra-company solidarity be against other companies or will it also modify inter-company behaviour? By changing the often asocial intra-company and inter-company behaviour of today into a more balanced, more social behaviour, we are laying the foundations for a more global change, where inter-company relations undertaken by more social intra-company individuals can only lead to better relations and mutual respect, and thus to better solidarity. Companies that advocate “exchange”, by creating a “sufficiently large” current, can allow not only for a change in “economic society”, but also for more social relations between the “biological families” that make up the interior of a given company, and thus also create a better relationship between “all companies” and “all their biological families”.
Each of us has his own problems to solve, his family economic development, possibly social, cultural and political activities, but in addition each of us must absolutely advance the “VL-T” and thus recover the sense of the species. All the animal or plant communities that inhabit our earth have developed a particular behaviour or a particular reproduction, a primordial force that perpetuates the species, they often put their last strength to procreate and die. Unfortunately for the so-called “human” species, this monstrous brain that it has developed has made it totally lose the notion of “its species”, each individual that composes it has become an “EGO”, a selfish individual who only thinks of himself, the worst is that the more selfish and anti-species the individual is, The worse is that the more selfish and anti-species the individual is, the more powerful he has become within the species, we must find and recreate the link between all the individuals who form our species, and only social behaviour can enable us to find the balance and counterbalance the “I” of selfishness.
